By this civil application applicant is seeking permission to bring Legal heirs of deceased, Respondent no.3 Smt.Veena Kamat who died on 8.1.2019.

Considering the submissions made by learned advocate for applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for following order.

a)Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs on record of deceased/respondent no.3 in First Appeal No.674/2017 on or before 31.8.2019 failing which civil application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

b) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time, Registry is directed to issue notice to added Respondents returnable on 4.10.2019.

c) In addition to usual mode of service, the applicant is permitted to serve the respondents by private notice either by RPAD and/or hand delivery and file affidavit of service to that effect.

d) Civil application disposed of accordingly.

e) No order as to cost.
