A praecipe has been moved on behalf of Petitioners for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 13.10.2022. By consent of both the learned Advocates, following corrections be carried out in the order dated 13.10.2022:- 2.1.

In paragraph Nos. 5, 2nd line of the said order, the words "RTS Suit No. 164 of 2016" be replaced with "R.C.S. No. 164 of 2006". 2.2.

In paragraph No. 7, wherever the word "interim" appears, it be replaced with the word "impugned".

In paragraph No. 8, the words "Civil Suit No. 164 of 2016" be replaced with "R.C.S. No. 164 of 2006".

Corrections to the above effect be carried out in the order
