Dusane 2/2 8 caw1506.2017 30th August, 2005 passed by this court observing that the writ petition be added to the final hearing board in the category of senior citizen. Considering the order which is passed in 2005, it would be appropriate that the petition be heard peremptorily. Accordingly, the office is directed to list this petition on the final hearing board in the week commencing 24th July, 2017 in the list of expedited/senior citizens petitions. The civil application is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
