This petition is filed in February 2018 challenging the proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act pending since 2016 before the Trial Court. The record does not show that any steps were taken on behalf of the Petitioners to get the matter listed before the Court. Vide order dated 17/07/2023, the matter was directed to be listed on today' s board under the caption '

For dismissal' to give one more chance to the Petitioners. Even today, nobody appears for the Petitioners. It does appear that the Petitioners are not interested in pursuing this matter.
