The application Exh.65-A for re-examination of the Petitioner has been rejected by the impugned order. However, it is observed in the impugned order that the Petitioner can lead evidence to prove the photographs in question. No case for interference is made out in the light of the said observations made in the impugned order. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
