The aforesaid applicant was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-8, Pune, vide Judgment and Order dated 9th March 2020 and was sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for ten years and to a pay fine of Rs.5000/-, in default, to suffer further rigorous imprisonment for two months.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the aforesaid application will not survive, having regard to the fact that the applicant has already undergone his sentence i.e. of 10 years and has been released thereafter.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application.

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of as not pressed.
