1) The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions from his client who is present before the Court, state that the petitioners are willing to deposit Rs. 2 Crores in this Court within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioners are ready to furnish undertaking to this effect. Subject to undertaking the bank shall not enforce physical possession over the property till the next date. In the event of the failure of the petitioners to deposit the amount as assured the writ petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court. The petitioners further undertake not to change the nature of the property and not to create further encumbrances.
