This matter was heard on 17/02/2022 for quite some time. The learned Advocate for the petitioners had submitted on instructions that, the order passed in Writ Petition No.907 of 2022 fled by Bashir Sayya Khalil against Tahsildar-1, Special Desk, Slum Rehabilitation Authority & Ors. delivered on 04/02/2022, directs the AGRC to decide Appeal No.205 of 2021. All these petitioners are party to Appeal No.205 of 2021 alongwith Bashir Sayya Khalil.

As court fees were not deposited, the matter was posted today for passing orders so as to include these petitioners in the said Appeal. The learned Advocate representing the petitioners has placed on record the Challan/MTR Form Number-6 to indicate that court fees stamp duty for an amount of Rs.17,000/- has been deposited today at 11.05 a.m. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Needless to state, the order dated 04/02/2022 would apply to these petitioners as well, since they are parties to Appeal No.205 of 2021.
