2/2 25 BA 510-20.doc merits, taking note of the misappropriation of huge sum of money. It was also directed that the applicant was released on temporary bail and shall surrender before the concerned Magistrate within seven days and if he do not surrender, the Magistrate was directed to issue a non-bailable warrant. The learned APP state that the said order is marked "X" for identification. There is no compliance of the said order. Since the applicant has not followed the directions issued on 21/12/2020, his application do not deserve any consideration and the same is rejected.
