It is submitted that the stay granted to the execution of the Award passed by the Tribunal was conditional, only till the deposit of the entire compensation amount. Now the applicant-Insurance Company has deposited the entire compensation amount in the Tribunal. In view thereof, the ad-interim stay granted earlier is made absolute till the decision of the First Appeal.
