By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 32 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 07.09.2018 passed by the MACT,Nashik in MACP No. 633 of 2016.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, the following order is passed:

a) Delay in filing First Appeal, is condoned.
