P.C:- This Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenges the order dated 20th November, 2012 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune. By the impugned order dated 20th November, 2012, the Respondent's Revision Application from the order of the Additional Collector, Satara was allowed, inter alia, holding that Petitioners are trespassers.

Mr. Padaye, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 & 3, on instructions, state that Respondents would not enforce the impugned order dated 20th November, 2012.

In the above view, Mr. Dey, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the Petition. Petition disposed of as withdrawn in view of statement made on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 & 3.
