The Applicant is convicted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune vide his Judgment and order dated 29/06/2022 passed in Special Case (Child Protection) No.446 of 2018. He was convicted for commission of offences punishable U/s.363 and 376(2)(j)(n) of the I.P.C. and U/s.6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The major sentence imposed on him was for 20 years of R.I.
