Mr. Kothari states that petitioner's grievance is Hon'ble Minister, Cooperation Department before whom Revision Application No. 528 of 2022 together with stay application is pending since November 2022 should be directed to hear the petitioner and dispose of the application. Mr. Patel relies on communication dated 23rd February 2023 of State that Hon'ble Minister would dispose of the application alongwith stay application as soon as possible and in any event within three months from today.

Before passing any order, parties should be given a personal hearing and notice of personal hearing shall be communicated at least 5 working days in advance.
