The petitioner has impugned the order dated 3rd February,2018 passed by the learned Additional Commissioner, Pune granting stay to the proceedings before the learned Collector and has now fixed the next date of hearing of the appeal on 23rd March,2018. 3.

The learned Additional Commissioner, Pune is directed to hear the parties on the date of hearing fixed vide order dated 3rd February,2018 and shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law within one week from the date of hearing. The order shall be communicated to both the parties simultaneously. 4.

I am thus not inclined to interfere with the said order dated 3rd February,2018.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid matter. No order as to costs.
