Petitioner was posted as Sectional Engineer, Kondhapuri Irrigation Section on 13th July, 2012. It is submitted that respondent wanted transfer at petitioner's place. It is submitted that due to pendency of the petition before the Tribunal and interim order granted by this Court, the petitioner is continuing in the said post for last two and half years.

We have heard the submissions of learned Counsel for the petitioner and respondent no.1. Due to subsequent developments and efflux of time, we find it appropriate not to deal with the issues raised by the petitioner on merits. The

2/2 wp1293.13.sxw petitioner would complete three years term at Kondhapuri Irrigation Section within six months time. We observe that after the petitioner completes six months period of service at Kondhapuri Section, the respondents nos. 2 and 3 shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with transfer policy. 4.
