Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Registrar (Judicial) by order dated 23/01/2020 directed the Applicant to take steps against unserved Respondent Nos. 1 to 5. 3.

Learned counsel submits that it was Covid period, hence, the Applicant could not take steps to serve the respondents and there is 343 days' delay in filing this Application. Hence, requested to allow the application.
