Heard Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the applicants in both the Civil Applications.

By these Civil Applications, applicant/petitioner in the main Petition has prayed for recalling the order dated 27th January, 2017, thereby, restoring Writ Petitions to their original position.

By order dated 27th January, 2017, Writ Petitions were dismissed in default as none appeared on behalf of the petitioner in both the Petitions.

Civil Applications were heard on 23rd February, 2017 and Rule was issued. Office remark shows that respondent is served as per Affidavit of Service filed on 30th March, 2017. Mr. Patil states that sole respondent is served. Despite service, none appears for the respondent. Respondent is also not present in the Court.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the
application, Civil Applications are allowed. Orders dated 27th January, 2017 are recalled. Writ Petitions are restored to their original position. Rule is made absolute accordingly with no order as to costs.
