The petitioner has challenged the decree of eviction dated 8.4.2022 passed by the learned Judge, Small Causes Court, Bandra, and the order passed by the Executing Court.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the Petitioner has already filed an appeal against order dated 8.4.2022, and the petition as well as the stay application is pending before the Appellate Court.
