The Petitioner has fled the present petition inter alia alleging that out of the eleven complaints which were fled by the Petitioner before Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Deputy Registrar of the Cooperative Housing Societies, only one complaint has been decided without granting an opportunity of being heard and permitting the Petitioner to support and buttress his allegations made in the complaint. The second limb of the argument of learned Counsel for the Petitioner is that ten other complaints which have been fled R.V. Patil

31 WP.1993.2023 AS.doc over a period of time from 15th February, 2022 onwards, still remain undecided. A direction is sought to Respondent No. 3 to decide the same in accordance with law.

Considering the fact that the Petitioner also has an alternate remedy of fling a revision petition against such a decision, it would be advisable for the Petitioner to avail such a remedy. Insofar as the pending complaints are concerned, the same may be decided by Respondent No. 3 within a period of three months from today in accordance with law as also grant to the Petitioner an opportunity of being heard.
