DATE : 24 JANUARY, 2024 P.C. :- Mr.Shah, learned counsel for the applicant on instructions from his client seeks liberty to withdraw Civil Revision Application No. 457 of 2011 and Civil Revision Application No.458 of 2011 unconditionally.

Both the Civil Revision Applications are disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of disposal of the Civil Revision Applications, pending civil applications are also disposed of. 4.

Ms.Nichani, learned counsel appearing for the respondent landlord seeks liberty that the landlord should be granted liberty to recover an amount of compensation as per law.

Liberty as prayed is granted.

The applicant/bank to pay a cost of Rs.1,00,000/- to the respondent landlord Mr.Vasantkumar Madhavsingh Sampat (respondent no.1 herein) within a period of two weeks from today.
