For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 2] The applicant in A.B.A. No.117 of 2018 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant Mr. Subhash P. Nalavade as party respondent No.2. Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the Original complainant within same stipulated period.
