This is an application for relaxation of conditions imposed vide order dated 26th October, 2018, while granting bail to the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is undergoing treatment for Hypertension, Lumbar Spondylitis and Osteoarthritis from 20th December, 2018. he was advised rest during the period, as he is not able to walk. It is submitted that the applicant has annexed the medical certificates dated 20th December, 2018 and 4th January, 2019. In the certificate dated 4th January, 2019, it is stated that the applicant

It is submitted that the applicant has been taking treatment and it is difficult for him to attend the police station. Considering the medical case papers. Presently, the condition of attendance mentioned in paragraph 7(v) of order dated 26th October, 2018, is relaxed for a period of three months from today. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
