The grievance of the Petitioner pertains to the year 2017 for non grant of parole leave. Record indicates that, on two earlier occasion the Petitioner though released on furlough leave had reported late.

Learned APP submitted that, he has now been released on covid parole and in that view of the matter, grievance of the Petitioner does not subsist.

Hence, Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. 4.
