By this application, applicant-claimant seeks permission to withdraw amount deposited by the Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition in the Reference Court. 2.

Admittedly, all the claimants have withdrawn their shares and only applicant is remaining. Other claimants have also fled affdavit giving no objection for withdrawal of amount by applicant. In that view of the matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Applicant shall furnish undertaking before the Reference Court at the time of withdrawal.
