Heard learned counsel for the parties.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not press prayer clauses (b) and (c) and restricts his Petition to the relief in terms of prayer clause (a). By this prayer, Petitioner seeks a direction to Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take cognizance of the written complaint dated 9th September 2015, Preliminary Inquiry Report dated 2nd June 2014 and register FIR against Respondent No.6.

Ms. P.H. Kantharia, learned P.P., having taken instructions from the Officers of Respondent Nos.2 to 5, makes a statement that, on the basis of the said complaint of the Petitioner, FIR has already been registered by Silvassa Police Station. This statement is accepted.

In view of the above statement, the grievance raised by the Petitioner in prayer clause (a) no more survives for consideration. Hence, the Petition is disposed of.
