The prayer in this petition is that Returning Officer had deleted names of the petitioners from the voters list by an order dated 05-01-2015. At that time no prior opportunity was granted. 2.

Since the election in respect of which the names were deleted is already over, the petition would not survive. The petitioners may, if so desire, apply for inclusion of their names in the voters list in future.

Petition stands disposed of.
