A prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondent authorities to provide him a police guard from Dindoshi Police Chowki while attending the lower court as due to the non-availability of guards, he could not be produced before the court on the dates so fixed. 2.

The prayer appears to be genuine. In case the trial is pending wherein the petitioner is being tried, we direct the concerned authorities to produce the petitioner on effective dates of hearing before the concerned court. 3.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
