Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

These applications are preferred by original defendant no.1 for extension of time to comply the order dated 29.01.2015.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for extension of time to comply the order dated 29.01.2015.

The learned counsel for the respondents original plaintiffs submits that Mr. Mansingh Shankar Jadhav is authorised to accept the cost on behalf of all the respondents. Statement is accepted. Applicant is directed to issue cheque toward the payment of cost in all the matters in the name of Mansingh Shankar Jadhav.

Hence, the following order:

a) One week time is granted from today to comply the order dated 29.01.2015.

b) Applicant is permitted to issue a cheque in the name of Manshingh Shankar Jadhav.

c) All First Appeals stand restored to file along with interim orders, if any, passed earlier. 2/3

The learned counsel for the appellant has handed over the cheque to Mr. Mansingh Jadhav in the court itself. He accepted the cheque towards the payments of cost.
