There is an innocuous prayer in the Petition inasmuch as direction is sought to the Respondent to take a decision on the complaint filed by the Petitioner.

We direct the Respondent to take a decision on the letters dated 27/01/2020 and 06/02/2020 which are in the nature of the complaint as expeditiously as possible however within a period of three weeks from the receipt of copy of this order.
