Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By order dated 9 January 2024, the learned Single Judge disposed of the writ petition filed by Respondent No. 4, bearing No. 1851 of 2023 and relying on the decision of Full Bench of this Court in the case of Hasmiya Bahrul Faiz Social Welfare Association Vs. Abdullah M. Shukur Qureshi and Ors.1, the Appeal filed by the Petitioner is held as not maintainable. The Full Bench decision itself indicates the remedy of civil suit. Instead of availing the remedy of civil suit, Petitioner has filed this writ petition. The learned Single 2023 SCC OnLine Bom 688

In the facts and circumstances of the case, since date is not specified in the order, four weeks would be till on 9 February 2024 and since 9 February 2024 is Friday, four weeks would be 12 February 2024. This gives time to the Petitioner to avail of the remedy.
