The petition is filed seeking direction to respondent No.2 to intimate respondent No.4 and 5 to withdraw the lookout notice issued against the petitioner in connection with F.I.R. bearing C.R. No.245/2013 registered with Silvassa police station for offence punishable under sections 406, 379, 380, 420, 109, 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr.Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner submits 1/2
913) wp527-16 that the petitioner has been already released on anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.245/2013 and, therefore, the lookout notice be withdrawn.

Mrs.Kantharia, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, having taking instructions from the police officer, makes a statement that on 13th January, 2015 a letter was sent by the police of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa to Director of Intelligence Bureau, Headquarter, Ministry of home Affairs mentioning therein that they have no objection to withdraw the lookout notice.

In view of the statement made by Mrs.Kantharia, respondent Nos.4 and 5 are directed to withdraw the lookout notice issued against the petitioner in connection with F.I.R. bearing C.R.No.245/2013 registered with Silvassa police station. 6.
It is expressly made clear that the above direction is issued in respect of F.I.R. bearing C.R.No.245/2013 registered against the petitioner with Silvassa police station and this order will not affect the lookout notice, if any, issued in respect of any other crime registered against the petitioner.
