The grievance of the petitioner is that his Appeal No.58 of 2016 is pending before the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority at Pune challenging the order dated 11/02/2016 - Exhibit 'C' passed by respondent No.2 - Collector of Stamps, Mumbai. A prayer has been made by the petitioner to dispose of this Petition by directing respondent No.1 to consider and take 1/2

42. wp 4461.18.doc appropriate decision on the said Appeal as expeditiously as possible.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this Petition by directing the first respondent Appellate Authority to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's Appeal No. 58 of 2016 - Exhibit 'A' as expeditiously as possible preferably within 3 months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the said Authority. The petitioner to appear before respondent No.1 Appellate Authority on 02/05/2018 at 11.00 a.m.

With the aforesaid directions, Writ Petition is disposed of.
