By the present Petition, the Petitioners are seeking the following reliefs :- "a) Petition kindly be allowed;

b) That by appropriate directions and/or orders from this Hon'ble Court direct the Respondents Returning Offcer of Village Haidra who is incharge of the election for the post of Sarpanch, to select candidate from Backward Class of Citizens (Female) who has contested and elected the election from that category i. e. Backward Class of Citizens (Female) as the post of Sarpanch of Village Haidra is reserved for Backward Class of Citizens (Female) for the period 2021-2025;

c) Any other and further reliefs which deem ft and proper in the circumstance of the case kindly be granted in favour of the Petitioners".

Mr. Choudhari, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that however, the elections were held and therefore, the Petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
