Learned APP on instructions from I/c. Superintendent, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba submitted that, the surety amount of Rs.15,000/- is deposited in the account of Petitioner's Prisoner Private Account (PPC) on 19th January, 2023 and the Petitioner has acknowledged the same.
