P.C. :- This is an Application filed by the Applicant, who appears in-person, who seeks recall of the order of this Court dated 6th February 2015, recording the request of the Petitioner for withdrawal of the Writ Petition. The Applicant/Petitioner points out to us that if it disclosed that a charge-sheet had been filed against the Petitioner, the Petitioner would not have sought the withdrawal of the Writ Petition that is Writ Petition No. 236 of 2015 but would have amended the Petition incorporating a prayer for quashing of the charge-sheet.

Mr. Tirodkar, the Applicant, who appears in-person however states that if the liberty is granted to the Petitioner of availing such remedies as are available to the Petitioner in law for quashing of the charge-sheet, the Applicant does not press for the relief prayed for in this Application. 3.

We accordingly permit the Applicant to withdraw the present Application and grant liberty to the Petitioner to avail such remedies as are available to the Petitioner in law for seeking the relief of quashing the charge-sheet. 4.

This Application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
