This court by order dated 3rd June, 2019, on account of the failure of the Petitioner to argue the matter or to make arrangement by engaging an Advocate, directed the Registry to place the matter for passing order of dismissal on 10th June, 2019. However, today when the matter is called out neither the Petitioner is present nor anybody appears for the Petitioners.

The Petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
