This writ petition is filed in the year 2014 with a prayer that the trial of the petitioner may be transferred to some other Court. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that on 14.11.2014, the petitioner was released on bail.

Due to the passage of time and subsequent developments, we are of the opinion that petitioner's prayer after eight years from filing of the petition cannot be considered. In case the trial is still pending, it will be open to the petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
