The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that matter is already settled before the Lok Nyayalaya on 11.2.2017 at Kolhapur. He placed on record copy of the said order dated 11.2.2017 along with Memorandum of Settlement. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The learned Counsel Mr.Prashant P. Chavan submits that in view of settlement before the Lok Nyayalaya they may be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition. He submits that at as per order dated 8.3.2016, they deposited a sum of Mohite 1/2

pr2 wp2794-16 Rs.43,875/- on 23.3.2016 in the Labour Court at Kolhapur. He submits that as per the terms and conditions of settlement before the Lok Nyayalaya, petitioner is entitled to withdraw the said amount with interest if any.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has given in writing on farad for withdrawal of this petition. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted. Hence, following order is passed:

a) Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

b) Petitioner is permitted to withdraw sum of Rs.43,875/- deposited by them pursuant to the order dated 8.3.2016 in the Labour Court at Kolhapur with accrued interest if any without furnishing any security.
