Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 31st January, 2015, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai. The applicant was enlarged on bail by the said order on furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.15 lacs with solvent surety in the like amount along with other conditions.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that surety amount be reduced.

Considering the fact, that the order granting bail was passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, it would be appropriate that the said modification application be filed before the same Court, which has passed the order dated 31st January, 2015, enlarging the applicant on bail. 5.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that he will file an appropriate application before the Additional Sessions Judge for modification of the order dated 31st January, 2015. 6.

The applicant is at liberty to file an application seeking modification of the order dated 31st January, 2015, before the learned Additional Sessions Judge.

Accordingly the application is disposed of with liberty as prayed. 8.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the said matter.
