The applicant seeks modification of condition (d) imposed on him by this Court (Coram: Bharati Dangre, J.) while granting him bail vide an order 19th July, 2022 passed in Bail Application No.4388 of 2021, which reads thus;

"(d) The applicant shall mark his attendance before the Investigating Officer on first Monday of the month, till framing of charge".

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been regularly attending the concerned Police Station in support of which, she placed a diary.

Learned A.P.P has no objection.

As such, condition of attending the Investigating Officer on first Monday of the month till framing of the charge is relaxed. 5.

The applicant shall adhere to other conditions in the order of bail.

Application stands disposed of.
