Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Though the Respondents are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter was called out. 2/3

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that they already made representation with the Reserve Bank of India for same cause of action and same is pending. In support of this contention, he relies on letter dated 12.01.2015 Exhibit-'I' addressed to the Collector, Pune Division, Pune.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner after arguing for some time submits that Petitioner may be permitted to make fresh representation for the same cause of action to the Reserve Bank of India and other authorities. Advocate for the Petitioner has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and letter dated 12.01.2015 Exhibit-'I', all these Writ Petitions are disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to make representation for the same cause of action to the Reserve Bank of India and other authorities.

No order as to costs.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the Civil Application. Same stands disposed of as infructuous.
