P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Dhapate, P.S.I., Mangalwedha Police Station, Solapur submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the police have already filed charge-sheet in the Court of J.M.F.C., Mangalwedha on 13th July, 2017 and the same has been numbered as R.C.C. No.30 of 2020. The order directing not to file charge-sheet is passed by this Court subsequently i.e. on 12th February, 2018.
