In as much as the Petitioner has already filed an Appeal before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. We are informed that DRAT is not available till 16.02.2018. We direct that the operation of the order dated 30.01.2018 of DRT (which is stayed by DRT itself for the period of one week) shall be extended until 23.02.2018.

The Petition to stand disposed of accordingly. All the contentions of the parties are kept open.
