Ms. Mhatre, learned APP submits that subsequent to filing of the present petition, the petitioner has been released on bail. To that effect, she has tendered across the Bar, a report received from the Additional Senior Jailor, Mumbai Central Prison, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view thereof, as on date, grievance of the petitioner does not subsist. Therefore, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition. Petition stands disposed of.
