After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the applicants seek leave to withdraw the applications. They request that the trial be expedited. Learned A.P.P states that five accused are still absconding. SQ Pathan 1/2

Learned Sessions Judge to separate the trial from that of the absconding accused. The trial of the applicants is expedited. Learned Judge is requested to conclude the trial, in accordance with law, within twelve months from the date of receipt of this order. 3.
If, for no fault of the applicants, the trial does not conclude within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order, the applicants are granted liberty to renew their request for bail. 4.
Accordingly, the applications are dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
