Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks, inter alia, the following relief.

(i) In this case, the registration of 'Gift Deed' dated 24th March, 2021 vide registration number 1458 of 2021 may be revoked/cancelled/quashed.

Evidently, the petitioner seeks a declaration against the validity of the Gift Deed dated 24th March, 2021. 4.

Writ Petition is not an appropriate remedy.

Hence, the petition stands dismissed.
