By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to produce his daughter Neha before this Court. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, he has lodged an FIR alleging an offence punishable under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code on 23rd September, 2015 as against the unknown person. Mr. Krishnakant Upadhyay - Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone - VI, Mumbai, has filed a detailed affidavit in the aforesaid petition. In the said affidavit, it is stated that after taking all possible efforts, the girl could not be traced and hence an ' A' Summary Report dated 15th January, 2022 has been filed in the Court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai.

Considering the aforesaid i.e. the '

A' Summary Report has been filed, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
