At this stage, a joint request is made, since the parties shall be moving before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan, thereby seeking conversion of existing divorce proceeding to that divorce by mutual consent. In view of above, Court below is requested to consider and deal with the said prayer along with prayer for dispensation of six months notice period sympathetically in view of the consent terms.
