This is an application for condonation of delay of 11 days in filing Civil Application (Stamp) No.3391 of 2019 for recalling the order dated 22nd December, 2018 passed in Writ Petition No.14210 of 2018. For the order, I propose to pass in C.A. (Stamp) No.3391 of 2019 as also having regard to shortness of delay of 11 days, notice on the respondents is dispensed with. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 11 days caused in filing the C.A. is condoned. C.A. is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.
